About Us
Natalia Zimnoch
My mission is to help coordinate the insurance and financial aspects of personal, estate, business, and wealth success plans for my clients. I work directly with my clients as well as their team of advisers to help strengthen and enhance each of their individual planning needs.
I grew up in a family business with both of my parents being business owners. As a result, I understand the needs of family owned businesses, generational planning and family real estate partnerships. I strive to help solve the complexities surrounding all these areas. My goal is to help my clients identify and prioritize their needs and recommend the best possible solution based on goals and specific lifestyle.
In addition to my work with business owners, professionals in the entertainment industry, I also work closely with retirees & with members of the LGBT Community and understand the unique challenges that LGBT couples and families may face.
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Long Island University CW Post in 2012, and studied Polish language, literature, and history at Uniwersytet Jagiellonski in 2011. I am fluent in the Polish language and intermediate Spanish. I joined the Center for Wealth Preservation (CWP) team in 2014, where I have been working closely with the local community on Long Island, NYC, and the surrounding areas.
In 2016, I was awarded Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company Leaders Conference. In 2018, I founded Zimnoch Financial Group, and continue to work with the Mass Mutual and CWP team to provide my clients with the best possible quality of service.
I remain active in my local community as a volunteer at Zbigniew Herbert Polish Supplementary School in Copiague, NY, and as a member of both the Polonia of Long Island and the Kosciuszko Foundation located in New York City.
During free time, I participate in recreational sports such as hot yoga and boxing. I also enjoy traveling, visiting museums, and exploring new places with a passion for art and menswear fashion.
I am licensed to sell insurance in the state of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, & Michigan. I am licensed to sell securities in the state of NY.
Malgorzata (Maggie) Nadowska
Maggie joined the ZFG team in July 2020, after a 31-year long career at Kravet Inc., a leader in trade home furnishings in the US. With over 20 years of experience managing a 40+ person team in Kravet’s production departments, Maggie’s role has quickly developed into operations here at Zimnoch Financial Group.
In her previous career, Maggie also had experience assisting HR in group health insurance, employee benefits and 401K plans, making her a great asset to our team.
Maggie has a background & degree in education, teaching, and phycology from Warsaw Uniwersity,Filia in Bialystok. She loves to assist and interact with clients and is solution oriented. Maggie enjoys gardening, swimming, and the beach, and is excited to grow in her new career at Zimnoch Financial Group.
Katarzyna (Kasia) Laskowska-Kapusta
Kasia joined Zimnoch Financial Group in 2023.
Born in Poland, Kasia has lived in the United States since 2005. She earned a master’s degree in Finance and Banking, with a concentration in Accounting, at the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland.
In her spare time, Kasia enjoys baking, the beach, and traveling, as well as spending time with her husband, two daughters, and dog.
Julia Bialas
Julia graduated from Binghamton University in May 2025 with degrees in Economics and Philosophy, Politics, and Law. She joined Zimnoch Financial Group in June 2025 and is excited to explore her interests in both law and business while gaining real-world experience in the financial industry.
When she’s not working, Julia loves traveling, with a goal of 30 countries before 30, hanging out with friends, going to the beach in the summer, and catching sunsets. She’s also passionate about shopping and fashion. A huge animal lover, especially when it comes to dogs, and loves playing with her new puppy Fiona.
